Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICIES
48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 48 hours are considered a late cancellation and are subject to a 75% fee of the scheduled service.
LATE ARRIVALS
There is no grace period for late arrivals. To honor the time reserved for each guest, arriving late may result in your appointment being cancelled and a 75% late cancellation fee applied. If you anticipate being late, please contact your stylist as soon as possible.
ILLNESS
Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick or unwell. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours are subject to the 75% late cancellation fee.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you reschedule within the 48-hour window, your deposit will be transferred to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel without rescheduling, a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
PAYMENT
A 3% convenience fee is applied to all credit and debit card transactions. Cash is always accepted.
