A 75% fee will be charged if an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a late cancellation fee of 75% of the service cost will apply, please communicate with stylist if you will be late. To avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees, please make any changes to your appointment within the allowed time frame. If you feel sick or unwell, please cancel your appointment. Fees will apply if the cancellation is not made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel an appointment, you will need to pay a new deposit for future bookings. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit or debit card transactions, but cash is also accepted.
